On July 8 – 10, 2011 the Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, famous human rights advocate, MP of Ukraine, nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize Mustafa Jemilev made visit to Lvov, where he was awarded a prize “Svet Spravedlivosti” (Light of Justice) awarded annually for spiritual, moral and ethic leadership.

On July 8, 2011 the Leader of Mejlis Mustafa Jemilev took part in Ostap Drozdov’s TV broadcast titled “Pryamim Textom” on Lviv TV channel “ZIK”. Please, follow this link to see the video

In addition, during his visit to Lvov Mustafa Jemilev gave an interview to “Religious Information Service of Ukraine” (RISU) of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), Lviv newspaper “Vysoky Zamok” and Western Ukrainian Information Agency «ZAXID.net»

The Leader of Mejlis Mustafa Jemilev was also invited by the Rector of the Ukrainian Catholic University to take part in an author’s program “Rozmova na Parkovoy z Otsom Borisom”.

In accordance with the main idea of the program the honored guests of Lvov and Ukrainian Catholic University became the heroes and interlocutors of father Boris. The TV broadcast was held in an ancient house that was built in 1904, inhabited today by the representatives of UCU.
