Committee objectives:

  • To coordinate Community’s activities, which will lead to the spiritual and cultural development of our compatriots;
  • To  develop  and actualize  cultural projects;
  • To promote studying, keeping and distributing information about monuments of Crimea.

Mustafayev Femiy Mansurovich was born in 1952 in Uzbekistan. 

He is the national artist of Ukraine, classical and pop music singer, professor of pop vocal in the National University named after B.Grinchenko and the Higher Music School of Ukraine named after Glier. 
 
Femiy-aga was a trainee in the Dresden Opera, the lead singer of the State Orchestra of Ukraine and the State Symphonic Orchestra. He sang in the Slovenian Opera several times, he was a soloist of the Academic Opera and Ballet Theater for children and youth, and the Operetta Theatre for a long time.The artist led and participated in many international and Ukrainian festivals and contests. He has a great collection of recordings on Ukrainian radio and television, takes part in operas and recitals. In 2012, he released a solo album in Crimean Tatar language.
 
In 2013, Femiy-aga was elected to the Board of the NGO "Community of Crimean Tatars in Kiev."
In 2013, he became the Head of the Committee of Cultural Development.
